FAQ's

How old should I bring my children to see the dentist?

We always encourage the patient to bring their children between the age of 2 and 3 for their first dental checkup. We always accommodate the needs of every child. We will make sure their first visit is fun and positive.

Why does my gum bleed?

Most common cause of gum bleeding is gum disease (gingivitis, periodontal disease). When plaque and tartar builds up around the teeth, the bacteria cause the gum to be inflamed and jaw bone to recede. Mild gum disease can be treated with regular professional clean and good oral hygiene.

How often should I have my teeth checked and cleaned?

We strongly recommend every 6 months to have a check up and clean to maintain optimal gum and teeth health. ‘Prevention is better than cure’.
